Comprehensive city-wide FTTH rollout across Krefeld covering trench excavation, paving and asphalt reinstatement, fiber blowing, splicing, OTDR testing and 900 home connections. MCPOWER serves as the sole civil works contractor for the entire programme.

Multiple PDP sections (Pflicht-Dokumentations-Pakete) have already been formally accepted by the City of Krefeld. OTDR test results and as-built documentation are maintained per section as part of the controlled delivery model — acceptance is never a closing exercise.

FTTH Deployment in Historic Altstadt

Sole subcontractor · 2022–2023

Full FTTH deployment through Bönnigheim's historic Altstadt — the first German project since founding. Asphalt road works on public streets combined with precision cobblestone reinstatement in protected heritage zones. Traffic management plans coordinated directly with the municipality throughout. Executed end-to-end as sole subcontractor with full regulatory acceptance at handover.

FTTH Expansion — 10 km Hand Excavation

Sole subcontractor · 2023–2024

Fiber optic expansion in rural and suburban zones north of Berlin. One third of the route — 10 km — required hand excavation through environmentally sensitive wooded terrain, executed in coordination with local environmental authorities. Full DIN standards compliance throughout. Municipal certification obtained at completion. A technically demanding project that demonstrated MCPOWER's capacity to adapt methods to site constraints without compromising the acceptance outcome.

FTTH Civil Works — Westconnect Programme, Three Sites

Civil works and surface reinstatement across three NRW urban locations as an approved supplier of Westnetz GmbH — gaining formal entry into the utility network supply chain. Works in Steinheim, Lügde and Dortmund were executed in built-up areas with restricted working space and active local traffic. Each site required direct coordination with the municipality and strict compliance with NRW road authority specifications. Registered in municipal records on completion.
